Purchasing Information

All prices are in US dollars, FOB San Diego, California, USA. Local and state sales taxes additional when applicable. International customers should contact a local sales representative for pricing in the local currencies along with prevailing duties. Prices, product specifications, and included items subject to change without notice.

Please estimate an additional 20%-35% to cover air freight costs and applicable duties on all orders outside of the US and Canada. However, freight costs may vary depending on the country.
Orders can be placed by letter or FAX, and should be accompanied with a guarantee of payment in US dollars, such as a letter of credit sight draft advance payment, where you may either transfer the money via a bank wire or if we receive a Bank's letter of payment guarantee.

Orders to Sheldon Instruments can be placed by telephone, FAX, mail, or e-mail. Please include the following items:Purchase order number Company name Purchasing agent with phone number Ship to address Bill to address Product description and quantity Shipping requirements.

Payment to Sheldon Instruments for purchasing and shipping charges can be made by company check, money order, certified check, or C.O.D. Credit cards are NOT accepted. For companies with established credit, academic institutions, and some government branches, our terms for payment are NET 30 days. The SI-DDK is sold on a prepay basis only.

Delivery from stock on low quantities, up to 8 weeks on large orders. Shipping methods are handled according to customer requirements and preferences.

Discounts are available on some products for large quantities, OEMs, and educational institutions. If any Sheldon Instruments' products are close but not exact in fulfilling your needs, we will be happy to customize at reasonable costs and minimum lead times. Quotes are valid for 60 days.

All products from Sheldon Instruments carry a complete, unconditional three (3) year warranty. All software updates will be provided for a full year. All bundled products from third party suppliers are subject to that company's terms.
